A little about me: I am Frances Rapport, a Professor turned wedding celebrant, who is legally authorized to conduct ceremonies according to Australian law. I perform romantic, elegant and meaningful ceremonies, carefully personalized to suit your particular needs. I aim to ensure that your wedding is not only uniquely individual, but also something you will remember with positivity and warmth for the rest of your lives.

Trust Weddings with Rapport to take care of all your service arrangements, helping you to coordinate the ceremony with your other wedding details — from decor and location to food and seating. I’ll assist you so you won’t have to worry about a thing except showing up for the ceremony! I guarantee your service will have those in attendance raving about the event afterwards.

I will help you to coordinate the music of your choice, have meaningful Readings at key moments in the ceremony and add additional rituals, like candle lighting, a sand ceremony, or vows spoken under a canopy, to suit your needs.

PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
In the very first meeting we will discuss my services and agree on how best to personalize your ceremony. If you decide to use me, there will be a deposit of $250 to complete a Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) form, and I will check some of your identification documents to lodge the NOIM for you. I will also be happy to outline all additional costs then.
PERSONALIZED ATTENTION
When we first meet we will discuss all the legal requirements and documentation, which I will manage on your behalf, before, during and after the ceremony, so that your part in all of this is as trouble-free as possible, leaving you to concentrate your energies on the big day ahead.
ON TIME OR YOUR MONEY BACK
All of my services adhere to strict principles of best practice and we are both protected by a legal contract with clear terms and conditions. I am a fully qualified marriage celebrant with indemnity and public liability insurance as well as copyright cover for all Readings you use. I undertake an annual Continuing Professional Development, and I am a member of The Australian Marriage Celebrants Association, a well-respected and highly professional celebrant association in Australia.

Services I offer: First there will be a consultation, to find out more about one another, where you can discuss the kind of ceremony you have in mind. I will offer suggestions on personalizing vows, readings and music. I have an excellent sound system if you want to use it and we can customize a traditional or modern ceremony.
There are so many things to consider, including how your chosen venue suits the style of ceremony you want, whether you are after something formal or informal, low-key or dramatic, including additional rituals for a unique look and feel. I will also be recommending a rehearsal, two weeks before the wedding, so that there are no hitches on the day. I take pride in supporting you through the whole process, from beginning to end, with a professional service that adheres to a code of conduct that safeguards your rights.
